Alex Postelnek

Local Brewpub hires Alex Postelnek to be
lead brewer.

As a lead brewer, Alex is responsible for the creation of new, outstanding beer recipes for the new businesses launch, as well as fine tuning the equipment in each of the locations.

Alex has an extensive background in beer. Postelnek is a graduate of America's oldest operating brewing institute, the Seibel Institute in Chicago. He has travelled and worked in consulting, educating, and brewing around the world, including India and China. His experience around the world includes work with Heineken International and Stone Brewing Company.

Prior to working for Beach Camp Brewing Company, he had his first, full-time brewing job with Funky Buddha in their Oakland Park, FL Facility.

Now, his title is Lead Brewer for Beach Camp Brewing Co. in Northwest Florida.

With Beach Camp Brewing Company’s new hire, it’s obvious that this brewing facility is serious about bringing the very best product possible to this area’s locals and visitors.
